All you need to sign up is a valid e-mail address. You can contact Member Services at (888) 823-1910 to request your account and password. Once Member Services receives your request, you will be mailed your login information.

Vantage’s Member Portal provides Members with secure online access to important information regarding health plan coverage and activity. From the portal, Members can request additional ID cards, view their medical and pharmacy claims history and change their primary care provider or contact information.
