The DeSiard Pharmacy Network (DPN) is Vantage Health Plan’s preferred network of independent pharmacies. DPN works to build lasting relationships with select independent pharmacies while working with providers to improve medication adherence and other positive health outcomes for our members.
DPN Pharmacies work closely with providers in caring for our members. Together they will make sure members are taking their medications correctly and refilling them appropriately. Vantage members will receive $0 cost share when filling most formulary Tier 1 medications at pharmacies in DPN.

DPN pharmacies will work closely with providers in caring for our members. Together they will make sure members are taking their medications correctly and refilling them appropriately to improve medication adherence and overall health outcomes.
Vantage members will have $0 cost share when filling most formulary Tier1 medication at pharmacies in DPN. This is a benefit that members desire and appreciate. DPN pharmacies will also work with our members to ensure they are taking their medication correctly and refilling appropriately. Therefore, we strongly encourage the use of autofill for our members' maintenance medications.
We encourage 100-day supply prescriptions for maintenance medications, when possible, to further improve medication adherence and member satisfaction. Most Vantage plans allow lower out-of-pocket costs for members when they fill 100-day prescriptions at DPN pharmacies.
