Vantage Medicare Advantage is excited to announce its new Vantage Flex Card program. In 2023, Vantage Medicare Advantage members will enjoy the flexibility and access of purchasing eyewear and over-the-counter products at thousands of participating retail locations. Vantage Dual Plus members will also access their 2023 Healthy Food benefit through the Flex card.
The Vantage Flex Guide provides an overview of the program and addresses many common member questions. Members will also have access to view balances, search for retail locations, view transactions, and shop for mail order over-the-counter items in the Vantage Member Portal in 2023.
The Vantage Flex card can be used at participating nationwide chain retailers such as WalMart, Walgreens, Dollar General, Albertson's, Kroger, and CVS, as well as many local independent merchants. A directory of participating retailers will be available soon!
If you are a local retailer that would like to accept Vantage’s Flex cards, follow the onboarding instructions here. Simple steps for onboarding are: 1) Create a Merchant Portal profile, 2) Onboard with our partner, PayForward, and 3) Install and implement an EBT terminal to support Vantage’s Flex cards. Customers in your store that are purchasing with their Vantage Flex cards will use this EBT terminal.
