As a member of Vantage’s Freedom plan, you will be required to choose a primary care physician (PCP). However, you will be able to see doctors and specialists at your own discretion without needing a referral. You will have an annual deductible to pay before VHP starts covering your medical bills. You may also have a co-payment for certain services. Services rendered by an out-of-network physician are typically covered at a lower percentage than services rendered by an in-network physician.
